Fresh seasonal ingredients create a journey that enhances traditional Trentino cuisine enriched with a touch of creativity. From starter to dessert, every dish tells a story of tradition and innovation, inviting guests to discover authentic flavours, conviviality and warm hospitality.

This themed menu, created with the symbolic ingredients of Garda Trentino’s food and wine tradition, is part of the Mese del Gusto.

Menu

Carne salada with sweet-and-sour julienne of pumpkin and celeriac, mixed greens and Garda DOP vinaigrette;
Cappellacci filled with trout and Lomaso potatoes, tossed with herb butter and Bleggio walnuts;
Braised venison with Cabernet Sauvignon, redcurrant notes and chestnut crumble;
Semifreddo with Garda extra virgin olive oil, lemon and thyme heart, almond biscuit;
Water and coffee included.
